Huntingburg Chamber BBQ Contest

The Huntingburg Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a Bar-B-Que Contest as part of the 49 ^th Annual Old Fashion Bargain Days on Saturday, September 20, 2003 with set-up at 7:00 am and judging at 3:00 pm.

Categories will include pork (chops, ribs, pulled front shoulder), chicken and turkey.
All meat must be cooked on site with judging to take place at 3:00pm.   Judges decision will be final with first and second places in each category along with an overall winner and a best booth theme winner.

Teams are required to provide their own grills and cooking utensils. Grill size is limited to 12 square feet.
