Farmer�s Market   

The Huntingburg Chamber of Commerce Farmer�s market will return to Market Street in beautiful historic downtown Huntingburg Indiana beginning July 5, 2003. 

The Huntingburg Chamber of Commerce announces that it will host a second season for a farmer�s market on Saturday mornings from July 5 through October 4 on Market Street behind the Old Town Hall in downtown Huntingburg.  The Market will open each Saturday at 7:00 am until crops are sold or no later than Noon.  

The Chamber invites farmers, greenhouses, church groups, and others to bring their tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers, green beans, watermelons, pumpkins, gourds, Indian corn, apples, and other produce along with jams and jellies, baked goods, mums, begonias, asters and herbs to Market Street behind the Old Town Hall each Saturday this summer. Farmer�s may want to plant a little extra this spring so that they may participate in another event that makes downtown Huntingburg such a great place to be.

The market will be available to any person or group with a home grown or home made food item. Sorry, no crafts.

Person�s interested in participating in the Huntingburg Chamber of Commerce Farmer�s Market are encouraged to call the Chamber office at 683-5699 for details.  There is a $5 charge per week participating to cover the cost of advertising and clean up.
