SNOW EMERGENCIES

In the event a snow emergency is declared due to the accumulation of snow or ice upon the city streets, parking upon the segments of streets designated as a snow route shall automatically and immediately be restricted during the emergency. Any vehicle found parked along any street closed along a snow route shall be subject to removal and impoundment, by the city, and the registered owner shall be held responsible for all costs incidental to the removal and storage of the vehicle.
