HUNTINGBURG REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION

Minutes of the Wednesday, February 22, 2006 Meeting

The Huntingburg Redevelopment Commission met in session on February 22, 2006 at 7:30 P.M. at the Huntingburg City Hall.� Members present were Tim Sternberg, Robert Fowler, and James Heidorn.� Eugene Peters and Kenneth Lau were absent. �Rich Hazlewood was also present.

The minutes of the February 2, 2006 minutes were read and approved as submitted.� A motion to approve the minutes as submitted was made by Bob Fowler.� The motion was seconded by Jim Heidorn.� The motion was approved by a vote of 3-0.

Huntingburg Redevelopment Commission Declaratory Resolution 2006-02, a declaratory resolution concerning the 400W Economic Development Area, was introduced by Tim Sternberg, seconded by Robert Fowler, and adopted by the membership by a vote of 3-0.�

The next meeting was not scheduled at this time.

There being no further business to come before the Commission, a motion to adjourn was made by Tim Sternberg and seconded by Jim Heidorn.� The Huntingburg Redevelopment Commission approved the motion to adjourn by a vote of 3-0.� The time of adjournment was 8:00 P.M.
