Reservations are accepted for four park shelters at the City Park,  the Main shelter, East shelter, Southeast and Southwest shelters.  Reservations can be made by contacting the City Hall at 508 E. 4th Street, Huntingburg, IN or by calling (812) 683-2211.  The shelter house at the Southside Park can also be reserved.

Shelter House Rules

1. Shelters can be reserved effective January 2nd of each year.
2. Shelters must be reserved seven (7) days prior to the reservation date.  Reservations will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
3. Large shelter--$40.00 deposit with a $20.00 refund if receipt is returned within 30 days of the reserved date and after clean-up of the shelter has been verified.
4. East, Southeast, and Southwest shelter--$20.00 deposit with a $10.00 refund if receipt is returned within 30 days of the reserved date and after clean-up of the shelter has been verified.
5. The Parks Department will post a sign with the name of the reserving group.
6. Groups using the facility will be allowed to use the shelter from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
7. Large tables are not to be removed from the facility.
8. Trash containers will not be provided.  Park users will be responsible for removing all trash and refuse from the premises after the completion of the outing.
